Sugar 2.0

Okay, this weekend was a complete fail on the sugar front. I was invited to my cousin's for homemade waffles with whipped cream and jam. Quite the afternoon snack.

Yet, this week marks a fresh start and apart from some dark chocolate it is going well! I'm going to add to the mix a goal of avoiding over-processed foods. In addition I have considered upping my yoga membership so that I can take classes more often.. I would love to be a legit yogi one day.
